Exclusive Interview: Linda "Peaches" Tavani

How charged up are you about dropping your single remake by Amy Grant 'My Grown Up Christmas List? Yes I am very excited about this Christmas single! With all the records I have recorded I have never recorded a Christmas one so this is a first.
How are you charging up for this holiday season with the single? I am getting lots of press and interviews. I am of course pushing it on all my social media platforms and we are doing a music video!
What is a big declaration you want to make known when it comes to this single? I want this to be more than a song but I want it to be a prayer of hope and joy and encouragement for all that listen to it.
Is there more of you as an artist that fans haven't seen yet as you release the holiday jingle? Yes, it has a jazz feel to it unlike any recording I have ever done. I am singing in a middle range and taking my time with each note.
What do you have lined up performance wise for your fans so they can experience this single LIVE? I have done the Vibrato and Canyon Club and am about to do a performance with a full orchestra at a benefit in Hollywood.
What is something that is the deal breaker for you on whether the project gets made? How did you ultimately know it was this song you wanted to be part of your special catalog? The only deal breaker was that it had to be excellent with the best musicians, studio and engineer possible. I got the best! I loved this song the first time I heard Amy Grant sing it years ago and from then on I always wanted to record it myself.
