Drew Smith Doesn't Want to be "Exes"
Singer, songwriter and producer, Drew Smith has released his latest single “Exes.” The single shares Smith’s take on how he really feels about the idea of becoming exes.
“Call me bitter but I don’t really think it’s better off this way.”
Referring to “too much history and so many memories” Smith describes the feeling of still loving someone but knowing you have to part ways. “We talk about it, cry it out and say it’s better off this way.” Many can relate to this feeling, and Smith does a beautiful job putting this yearning, heartbroken desire into words.
