Shortly after announcing the birth of his baby girl, Zayn Malik dropped “Better”, the first single from his third album. Along with the song came with a music video directed by Ryan Hope, who previously worked with ZAYN on the video for “It’s You” from his debut solo album. The sultry R&B tune is quite on brand for ZAYN, who takes advantage of the opportunity to flaunt his good looks in the music video which is already at almost 10 million views. According to a statement regarding ZAYN’s upcoming album, his third since calling it quits with One Direction, he’s been given “total creative reign…making the music he has always wanted to”. After his controversial split with the boyband, Malik has totally rebranded as an artist, with this upcoming album being “his most personal project to date”. Fatherhood already looks great on the British superstar, and we can’t wait to see what else ZAYN has up his sleeve as he moves forward towards the album’s anticipated release.
